I spent thirty minutes tonight (really the last ten years) searching online for a specific kind of “depression lifestyle blog”. Something filled with article titles like;
“Seven Cheap And Easy Ways To Make Your Life A Little Bit Better,”
“Six Fun Ideas To Help You Find The Motivation To Do Your Laundry,”
“Three Low-carb Dairy-free Low-cal Non-alcoholic Drinks You’ll Love!”
“Five YouTubers That Might Help You Feel Less Alone.”
“Ways You Can Make The World A Better Place, When You Can’t Leave Your Bed.”
“Ten Pictures Of My Cat Being So Cute I Can’t Handle It!”
Since I couldn’t find this magical blog (and I think others might want it too) I’m going to try making it. Feel free to tell me what works for you and what doesn’t. Too many YouTube reviews? Product recommendations too expensive? Not enough cat pictures? I may not be able to make the change you’re hoping for (there are only so many pictures my cat will let me take of her) but I’ll listen and do what I can.
